Here are
some titles we recommend reading:
Co-Active
Coaching by Henry Kinsey-House
An absolute must for coaches. The tools taught are so easy to
use and yet so powerful. Text used in CTI coaching course and
know that other coaching schools are using it.
What
Would Buddha Do? by Franz Metcalf
101 Answers to Life's Daily Dilemmas. I keep picking up this book
for little reminders of the goodness in all of us and how we apply
it more and more every day.
The
Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Really enjoyed this book. Easy reading. Makes you realize that
there are a lot of messages the universe is sending us that we
don't pay attention to.
The
Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin S. Sharma
Excellent practical exercises; stop and smell the roses (literally).
Take
Time for Your Life by Cheryl Richardson
An great book for beginners to start looking at themselves and
make some significant changes.
Men
Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus by John Gray, Ph.D.
What I already knew but needed to be reminded. It doesn't hurt
to refresh the memory
and then do something about it.
Eating
Well for Optimum Health by Andrew Weil, M.D.
Learned a lot from this book.
